No feedback!!
Horrible Service! Quick to phone for money, but when they need to repay you because they did not do their job, no one replies. Nothing happens! I have been trying to sort this out for 3 weeks. With read receipts but no feedback. Bhavna Perumal does not reply to my mails.

After investigation, I noticed that this query reached our offices on the 21/10/2019 and there was constant communication between yourself and Bhavna thereafter. Bhavna had thereafter gone on 3 days leave, 28, 29 and 30 of October 2019....

Bhavna had then updated you 2 days after her return from leave that the refund was in process before she went on leave. I do believe that all is in order and proof of refund has been given to you on the 5th. I do hope all is well now.
