listed for no reason

I can't believe Data Capital have listed my name on the credit bureau despite the court order placing me under debt counselling, I have since settled my account in full and received a paid up letter. They are not responding to my request to clear the incorrect info they have placed on the bureau, the call centre keep cutting my calls.
