Horrible service - *********** staff (Rude if they cal you and when you pay, no assistance)

I had an account with them. After asking them for settlements a few times, they send this. I paid my full account on 26/08/2022, immediate payment (with relevant reference) and asked for settlement letter. After following up daily, this was recevied on 01/09/2022. They hve now update my data on the credit bureau, effective date 31/08/2022, and half the amount still due. I have send more email requesting an explanation, but no response as per usual. I am so dissapointed, as I contacted them and tried my best to get all in order soonest. Their services are pathetic, no wonder peope complain about them.
