HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have previously logged a complaint and emailed your company numerous times with regards to updating my credit bureau . I had a loan with Finchoice and paid up the loan in December 2019. You have promised me that my credit bureau has been updated. I have received my Transunion and XDS credit reports only to find that Finchoice still appears on my credit bureau and it shows that I am in arears.

I have lost our on a home loan deal because of this and now I am going to take legal action against your company. I have sent numerous emails and have been ignored with no response

I have emailed the Debt Review Portfolio Manager - Sibongile Mbatha , Desmita Meersingh Johanna Mhlongo. Nobody gets back to me with feedback. And I refuse to wait 21 busisness days for this to be sorted . I am going to the press and taking legal action this is disgraceful

I have had enough of begging you to update my records with all the credit bureaus
