HARRASSMENT

Call center agents are nothing but a harassment with their incessant calls 3 times a day, each call from a different agent. The reason for there call is about R150. We painstakingly tell each and every caller the same thing, and that is to send an email with their details and request of R150 and to tell us what the amount is for. They promise to make notes on their system, which we request them to do, and Bam !!! next morning another 3 calls. and so it goes on and on day after day, week after week month after month. Tshatiso (call center agent) revealed her Manageress's email address so I am trusting this gets to Samantha Saye. STOP HARASSING
