harrasment phone calls and emails

They harras you and your family with phone calls every half hour. when you explain to them that you are on debt review and they need to contact the legal depatment that you have given power of attorney to to handle your afairs, they still keep on harrassing you. I mean really, how many times must you say the same thing and send the send the same letter.
