Getbucks account paid in full

I made full payment on my Getbucks account 2 months ago and got a paid up letter, but my Credit bureau profile is still not updated yet. I have negative debt reflecting on my name but that debt is already paid. Can someone from MBD please send my updated paid up letter so that my profile can be updated . I am a very unhappy customer.
