Disgusting service, no customer etiquette

I requested a prescribed letter from Capital data and received it. Turns out the account numbers are not corresponding with what is on record with the credit bureau's. I tried contacting Candice Amanda Bergh to no avail. I've emailed her numerous times to get this corrected still nothing. I eventualy managed to get a hold of her and then she rushed the call and I quote: "Hi okay give me you ID number ( Me trying to give it"okay") no wait just hold I will help you now" GUESS what?? I am still holding a for 15 minutes till the line got cut off. I tried phoning again, now her phone went straight to voicemail. Unbelievable!!!
