Credit Bureaus listing

I have paid up my Getbucks account in full and received a paid up letter but still the account shows as open with an outstanding amount from the credit bureaus. I have called several times but they keep on saying they will update it, its been over a month now and Im stilll struggling. My reference number is *** : GETBUCKS ACC PAID UP LETTER.
