Capital *****s

I have been under debt review for a year now.About 3 months ago I noticed that my account that was with Capital Data (it was a Getbucks account) was over paid I bought it under my debt review companies attention and they attendend to it. I got an answer that I will be refunded and that it will take 7 working days,we are going for 2 months now.Candise who is working with it never come back to us as she is saying the money should be refunded back to my debt review company to pay other debts.Today I emailed them and I was told that the refund was never done it will only be done end of November as the refund is more than what was said. Im fed up fighting to get this refund back and why must it go to the Debt review company its my money that they over paid now I must fight to get it back but when you skip one payment they threaten you with lawyers and so on.I want this sorted ASAP
