Capital Data not refunding

Capital data needs to refund me for an overpayment made between May 2019 and August 2019. This query have been raised 31 July 2019 already and still nothing has been resolved. They dont take responsibility and they dont take it seriously. i just keep hearing wait for feedback the guy is on leave no one can access the details. Its ridiculous and i am now fed up!!
