Capital Data are money hungry sharks

I had to go under debt review when my wife lost her job due to a disability. I was paying my loan at Direct Axis amongst others via Debt Counselling every month, and never received any statements from Direc Axis. When I attempted to enquire what my outstanding balance was I was informed that the account had been handed over to Capital Data. Nobody informed me of this decision and the worst was that now I suddenly owe Capital data more than double what I owed Direct Axis. All of this took place despite the Debt Review court order being in place. Capital Data do not have the decency to let me know the account was handed to them, and how can they double my outstanding debt and charge huge escalating interest?

Capital data, I was just furnished with proof of all payments made and hereby declare that theaccount was never in default, and should never have been handed over to your company by Direct axis whilst I was under debt review.

Sorry Capital Data but the problem has not been resolved. The source of the problem was found, i.e. Direct Axis alledged that I skipped payments in twenty sixteen, but One Debt provided proof of payment. I was thus not in default and the account should never have been handed over. Direct Axis mad a huge error and handed it over whereby you people began charging huge interest for three years already. They need to revert back to my balance in twenty fifteen, December, and remove all accrued interest as per my Debt review court order. They also need to apologise on Hello Peter and clear my name.
