Bad service and poor customer service

This company is robbing innocent people i tried to call over many months I spoke to Mathews guy, Mari and Keletso none of them couldn't give me back my money they keep on promising lies it's been 12months deducting our money so now i want to send this matter ko Media am sick of this hopping that i will get a help
