BAD ATTIDITED

<p>standbank hand my account over to this company,the first person i spoke to said i can make payment before the 8th of every month, which i did , today i get a call from the company treating me, when i asked if payment was not receuived the lady said payments was received i tried to explain to her that i will make despoit it to account i was provide and she become vey rude if thisis the way standbak handlers it custorm i would not avisse any one to go to them .i dropped the phone as i the lady cannot talk to be people, i asked if she write the note on he su=ystem and the agreement between myslef and the first contact she that has nothing to do with me, my question would than be why have an agreement with the first person that made contact with me if it is going to be ignored by the second person . Standbank is really bad i regret take a loan with them and i hope i will ot in the near future no will let same close to me take out a loan with them or open an account with them </p>
