Bad service and a even worse attitude

A negative rating would work here. Clearly, this place does not need a massive party of 25 people (which was booked 60 days in advance with the manager).

Luckily I went to confirm the day before my son's 21st birthday because NO PREPARATIONS WERE MADE FOR THE NEXT DAY.

The arrogance was astonishing and the service absolutely appalling, the hostess was doing me a favour by even deeming to speak to me??? Since when is this acceptable customer service.

Would not recommend at all.
