Unauthorised billing on my account

Amount of R99.99 being deducted. When contacting them on *** the lady answering the phone, receptionist apparantly told me that I need to contact some other people and gave me the number. Contact that person and it has nothing to do with them. Phoned back, and I asked her to put me through to someone who can assist me on checking on the system, and she informed me that she was instructed no to put anyone through. If this was a legal entity, surely they would have had no issues, putting people through to customer services to assist. <br> Who can assist in getting this people sorted out and I am defnitely going to take legal steps.
