PEOPLE DEBITING MY MONEY

This company is debiting my account with R89. I dont even know what money this is for. When I phone the bank they say it for a company called DC4. What is DC4? and why is it with a computer company. The bank needs to stop this robbing us. PLEASE STOP THESE PEOPLE!!!!!
