capital durban Westwood mall

Today I went to exchange a blouse I had purchased for a friend as a gift . When she tried it on it tore , so I phoned capital and was told I can bring it in and exchange for another one. Once I got to the store the lady at the till ( who refused to give me her name ) was extremely rude , she kept rolling her eyes at me she was extremely disrespectful this is not the first unpleasant encounter I’ve had with this staff member. All of the staff there have no communication s****s , stare at you and when approached for assistance they walk away , however the woman that is usually behind the counter isn’t fit to work in a retail store when she lacks basic manners .It’s disgusting how they will even disrespect you talking to their ***orkers and other customers about you in Zulu. Eventually I was allowed to exchange the blouse however when I asked to speak to a manager I was told the manager isn’t there which seems to be the case every time I go there and I am a loyal customer for this week alone I spent 2k on 5 different trips and even introduced my friends and family to this store but if this is how this store is being run i will inform everyone I know about shoppping there.
