***** by capital car hire

So this is my experience with capital car hire I hired a vehicle from them on the 17th of November the vehicle was not even there upon my arrival to pick up I then called in to enquire what is going on they said the car will be there shortly I waited as long as possible but had to leave and come back on my return there was a Vw polo waiting for me which hadn’t been washed or anything the guy tells me I’m a salesman I don’t know anything about this but sign here and swipe which I did and I took the vehicle which went straight to sibaya hotel which has video footage of the car entering and exiting in the way I received the vehicle upon drop of of the vehicle on a Monday there was none at the office which I found strange as they have to check the vehicle and it’s a working Monday so I left the keys in the drop box and left upon instruction from capital car hire now the next day I see my credit card being debited for a further R12500 which shocked the life out of me so I enquired as to why this is being done I was told I smashed the car and I fixed it over a weekend might I add so I said impossible the owner himself when trying to talk in a civil way just starts swearing me over the phone call your lawyer do what you have to and so I’m accused of smashing his vehicle and fixing it which is wrong and ******** in the first place I would not do such a thing so upon request that the vehicle has tracker has it been to any Panal shops or so and they refuse to give me the information I need to do my investigation which is the only right thing to do upon leaving europocar asked what was the problem so I gave them my story they said nonsense there is full camera’s and they will get the footage but when I asked capital car hire they said there is no camera footage which is strange hence I will take my Matter up further as I spoken to many people about the company and owner and all have agreed very shady people to deal with!!!!!
