My uncle was looking for a car, and I found what he was looking for at CAW. They charged R 3500.00 for doing the licence and registration on his behalf, and yet my uncle ended up doing most of the work by himself as the permit on car when it left the dealer was already expired. When we asked for the money back, they refused, they were making up stupid excuses thinking I don't know anything about car licence and registration. I have friends working in the industry, and this is also public information.

Professionalism and customer service is not the words to define CAW, I struggled getting someone to help me when i was at the dealer to chose the best car.

MY ADVICE: STAY AWAY FROM CAPITAL AUTO WORLD!!!!
