Terrible Service - DO NOT buy any cars from this dealer.

<p>I bought a DODGE Caliber from this dealership only to experience more problems with it within 2 months of the purchase.</p> <p>After taking the car onto the open road I discovered that the radiator was leaking. I also discovered that one of the tyres was in a terrible condition. A bulging patched puncture on the inside of the left-hand side back tyre, which “passed” the roadworthy test. The only reason why it “passed” was because the tyre was inverted: the inside of the tyre was on the outside. I could not travel 1200km back to Pretoria from the west coast with a tyre in that condition. I spent in the order of R10 000 on repairs and this within a month of buying this vehicle from CAW.</p> <p>I approached CAW with the hopes of being assisted with these issues, but no assistance or guidance to first time buyers.</p> <p>I am still waiting for feedback from management regarding the refund for the tyres I had to replace.</p> <p>This was their response:</p> <p>Hi Rohan,</p> <p> </p> <p>I am not sure how your conversation went with Herman as I was not present.
