Still waiting on my Spare Keys

My review relates to two matters that was very disappointing from CAW. Firstly, the car came without a spare key. Marko the sales agent assured me that he would deliver the spare key within a few days, they just had to code it or something. It's been months and it still hasn't arrived. The car also came without a service book and the sales agent made it seem like they just forgot it somewhere and need to get it from the previous owner. I also left my hoodie in my old car that I never got back, but that last one is more my fault than theirs. Marko is not responding to any of my calls or e-mails. It seems like once they have the money, the service goes out of the window.
