Still No Refund
<p>This is a comment to your last reply on my bus ticket refund which is still not payed. Please i am going to say this again stop making me the bad guy!! Me as a customer.. has the right to go back on a deal if I don't feel like you guys are giving me good service... and the service was pathetic!! slow..not phoning me back. and now you making me sound bad. And as for paying me back. what year? still nothing?! I have never ever seen such poor service in my life!! sies!! Speak to Luke so called branch manager and its just false promises left and right. You promised on social media right here you are going to pay me back and the waiting game is not working for me. STOP MAKING FALSE PROMISES!!! JUST PAY ME BACK!! SEVEN HUNDRED AND FORTY RAND. And please I want to hear something different this time.</p>

Due to circumstances beyond our control, we are also surprised that your refund has not been paid. Our admin manager recently resigned and she was responsible for payments. We don't appreciate the negative comments and bad mouthing sir, we agreed to refund you based solely on principle. We are not legally bound in any way to refund you those bus tickets, since you took it upon yourself to cancel the deal.
Please refrain from any further outbursts as it will mean the termination of all agreements! We understand your frustration but get your facts straight before commenting, we understand people are experiencing financial strain in these times but this shouldn't be the way especially if a company is assisting .
