sold car we were approved for to someone else

I app**** to get financing for a car through Capital Auto world in Durban last week. I was approved on the Thursday. I phoned the next day trying to find out what was happening and no one got back to me.I phoned again on Saturday and was told it was the lady who we dealt with, \Saturday off\".I phoned in this morning only to be told they sold the car on Friday!? I'm sure once someone has been approved for financing they are serious about buying the car. I am disgusted with the customer service, why did I have to phone to find out what was happening with the sale when they get commission for sales. I now have to wait two or three months before I can apply for financing again, and the reason I was looking for a new car is because mine has been written off. And what do I get told \"oh we can sell you a different(older) car that will cost you more and has higher mileage on\".This is unacceptable! I wanted the Chevy Orlando and that is why I went through the whole process of applying for finance. I don't want a more expensive car with higher mileage on,I wanted that one. What is more upsetting is the \"Not our problem attitude\"."
