Poor service

<p>I purchased to vehicles from Capital Auto world Randburg. Salesperson Natalie. I've been waiting for 3 weeks for the registration documents to take the cars for roadworthy. The tempory permits expire on Sunday and they do not answer their phones at the dealership. I am very unhappy as they use Helopeter to get good reviews when closing the deals in return for a lucky fuel draw. I am taking this mater now to the Ombud if I do not recieve any feedback before close of business.</p>
