Poor Poor Poor After sales Client Services!!!

I bought a Mazda BT-50 from the dealer in Midrand. 1) The vehicle was originally marketed as 2014 but when I run the numbers it turned out to be a 2012. The sales person apologised for the oversight but made no mention of the price having to be different. 2) When I went and collected the car I noticed a few things that were not up to standard on the car and arranged with the sales person and the customer care representative that the vehicle would be returned to have these matters seen to. One of the issues was a ticking/puffing sound in the engine. 3) When I had driven 2,500 km puffing noise became very noticeable; I contacted Angelique, but had to leave a message, after two weeks still no phone call 4) I finally get hold of Angelique, who ten politely tells me to take the vehicle to my closest Mazda dealer as their in house workshop has no capacity. Meantime I had travelled another 300km in the two weeks. 5) I took the vehicle to a Mazda agency which ran diagnostics and subsequently reported that the vehicle will need 4 new glow plugs. Cost R7,000 6) I requested assistance from Capital Auto World but was immediately refused on the basis that I had travelled 2,800 and this was a "wear and tear item" 7) It was latent wear and tear, which was reported at the onset. 8) The dealership has also failed to produced the workshop jobcard as was requested on several occasion. 9) My opinion is that the workshop had identified the problem but put some sort of additive in the engine to temporarily "silence" the ticking/puffing noise. 10) The dealership also requires a customer to write wonderful review on Hello Peter as part of the vehicle collection procedure, in order to looks great. They should have that review written after 3 months

We are under no obligation to assist as the vehicle has traveled an excess of 2876km but out of customer service we suggested for you take the vehicle where you prefer and get us a quotation for your convenience,

however glow plugs are a wear and tear/ service item  and us as the dealer cannot be held liable. Kindly note that all problems advised by yourself in September when the vehicle came back were addressed, two months and 2876km later you advised it is the glow plugs that is an issue.

We are very upfront with all our customers as we do not have anything to hide and as you have mentioned in your review the vehicle did not have any noise at the time of collection, however we still offered you R2000.00 compensation towards your bill even though we are not obligated to.
