Over promised and under delivered

Good evening

I have been trying to buy a car from Capital Auto World since Monday.

I viewed the car on Sunday and they were very helpful and stated that I need to submit the documents required on Monday as nothing can be processed. I have been dealing with one of their salesman since then and submitted all the required documents on Monday.

It is Wednesday after the close of business and I'm still waiting for an answer.

I have called at least 3 times every day and have threads of emails promising that I will be attended to and have an answer about the progress of the application.

I have been promised that every 1 hour I would be notified of the progress of this application...

I'm still waiting and I tried calling the office at 16:15pm and the lady said that someone will get back to me ASAP.

Once again I'm still waiting.

All I want is an answer with regards to an application for a car.

I'm now very anxious and nervous about what service and/or after sales service I will receive.

I'm not happy!!!
