Not settling my trade in car.

HI, I got a great deal from CAW but then they did not settle my car that I traded in. The first month the payment went off and they took 3 weeks to refund me. Now it went off again over December and I can not afford to pay 2 instalments. Now it being December I can not afford one of the payments. it is going to reflect badly on me at MFC.
