not receiving my excess money

About a month ago, I saw a Audi standing at Capital Auto World (CAW). We decided we will take the car and trade in my current Jeep. So now the balance that needs to be paid back to me is R20 170.00 the Jeep has been sold and no money been received and we are following up every day. All they have is excuses and they will phone back but never does. Then eventually they told me the money has been paid in long ago when I went to CAW personally but they don't have any proof to show me. I was looking at buying another car from CAW but not when business is done like that. It's got to that extent to involve my lawyer and to open a case against CAW. Now once my lawyer phoned them again excuses and they will phone back. Which we know by now won't happen. I would suggest anyone buying at CAW to be extremely careful. Also do yourself a favour and look at other people's comments on hello peter all with the same issue. They can't be trusted.
