How is this possible ???
<p>Reading through CAW's reviews it is hard not to notice reviews posted by "capitalauto"</p> <p>Looking at "capitalauto"s profile, this was created on 23/5/2016, this person has submitted 51 reviews, all to CAW and all for "Great service" , "Awesome service".</p> <p>Has "capitalauto's" vehicle been in for a service at CAW 51 times ?</p> <p>"capitalauto's" profile looks a bit fishy to me.</p>

If you took the time to read each one of the reviews about CAPITAL AUTO WORLD you would not have posted this comment, the reason for all comments being from one account is due to each customer commenting while at our dealership, hence it’s the same account. Also note that each comment has the cell phone number of the customer who made the comment, should there be any need to verify the authenticity of the comment.

I periodically return to this website to catch up on CAW’s antics, and it was while reading through the comments posted that I noticed repeated reviews from “capitalauto”.
I would also like to point out that not one of these reviews contain a cell phone no in the message as stated by you, therefore these messages cannot be authenticated.

From that we can deduce that the account is owned by CAW and reviews are submitted using this profile on behalf of consumers.
I would therefore like to refer to hellopeter’s Legal General Terms which you should take the time to fami****ise yourself with.
Section 6.1.3.17 states:-
“6.1.3.17. In the case of Users that are businesses, you undertake that you will not attempt to mislead, influence or impersonate a competing business or consumer including by:
6.1.3.17.8 submitting reviews on behalf of consumers;
6.1.3.17.9 selectively soliciting reviews only from consumers who have had a positive
Experience.
I therefore request that CAW delete all 51 of “capitalauto’s” reviews and profile.
Should another review be written from this user you leave me no choice but to report “capitalauto” to hellopeter’s web administrator.
Read 6.1.3.18 for possible consequences.

It seems you have other intentions except for verifying our authenticity. Please do go ahead and report CAW to the relevant authorities of whom we will provide proof of documentation to verify the authenticity of the comments being posted by individual clients.
