Ford ranger

I bought a Ford ranger 26 September 2015 cash, until now 3 December I haven't received any paperwork for this transaction. I have received the vehicle but can't use it because no licence and no registration papers, only promises and bad service! Adverti*****t says RWC on delivery and AA inspection.
