Figo still not settled with bank

Good Morning,<br> <br> This is Francois, I bought a Honda from the Boksburg branch on the 11th of October... I complained that the car had some issues, they insisted that I purchase a warranty for about R10 000 after I did nor really want it.<br> <br> After about a week I complained about the car having some issues, they said I must bring in the car for Inspection after they said it went for a AA test, I think that is Bull S..H.... <br> <br> Around that 28th of Oct I paid for the vehicle that I have traded in... and red flags start to go off.<br> I phoned Westbank to find out if that car has been settled with them, and the lady told me no they had nothing, after I was waiting more than weeks for the car to be registered. finally got on the 5th Nov<br> <br> But got a surprise that following month that I had to pay for both the new vehicle and the old, after phoning them... they said that they will refund me for 2 months, around R5600. I only received on payment and still waiting for the other refund. I leave around 5 to 6 messages per day and no one is getting back to me.<br> <br> Can I report this as *****?, what can I do about this? <br> <br> This is now going for the 3rd month and not getting any support from the dealer.
