Dispute : Capital Auto World
<p>Hello Peter my name is Onke Ludidi. On the 11 November 2016 i visited Traffic Dept. in Kokstad, KZN to renew my vehicle Licenses and i was told that i have as well a Mazda 3 under my name that is Owing Penalty Fees so i cant renew my vehicles till i pay the Mazda 3 fines as well. I then Visited my bank that has financed my vehicles, Nedbank/Mfc and they Investigated and told me that this Mazda 3 has been registered under my name in Pretoria by the Lady called Natalie who is working for Capital Auto World in Randburg ( Braamfischer). I have been talking to Natalie since Last week and she has agreed that indeed this vehicle was registered under my name and she promised to rectify that but till today nothing has been done. I want to state that on the 19/12/2015 i bought an Isuzu KB ext cab 250 at Capital Auto World in Durban and now i see that my details were used to register the mazda 3 in january 2016 in Pretoria by the same Company , Capital Auto World. I believe this is a ***** and i need your help regarding this as Traffic dept enatis shows that i am the previous owner of the vehicle that i dont even know and yet Natalie cannot rectify that. please help me. As explained to you, this was an honest mistake made. As you can see on your print out, the vehicle had been registered in MFC and your name. This is not *****, however I reiterate that it was an honest mistake which had been made.
Hellopeter does not allow for myself to add a snap shot of the print out from the licence department which you do have a copy of that shows you are not the owner but a previous owner.
A refund has been made to you from CAW for the fines which were received.
We apologies for the inconvenience and have made it up to you.
