Disgusting Service

I bought a vehicle from Capital Auto World in September 2016, they loading a CAW voucher (as they like to call it) this is a warranty (please not a non registered policy) and ******* value added product. The car was ****** 7 days later and written off. I followed the rights steps with the branch manager and regional manager who told me Ayman Fareed ***ner) told them to transfer it to my next car (this is ******* as a warranty is non transferable) after many fights Ayman himself on the 2June 2016 (9 months later) agreed to pay the amount of R10 800 back to me within 7 days however this promise never happened, I was then told telephonically that this money would be paid to me on the 31 July 2016 needless to say that also never happened. This issue has dragged on for 11 months now and still no joy.

I urge people to please check your invoices to insure this does not happen to you aswell ..

Capital Auto world will reply with some sob story that is untrue.

Please note that the allegations being made in this comment regarding the CAW voucher being ******* are not justifiable and are untrue.
The CAW voucher has been discussed with the banks which have confirmed that this is indeed allowed as the voucher is merely a form of top up assistance and customer satisfaction guarantee that is being provided by the dealership to ensure that our clients do not come out of pocket in instances where the warranty does not cover certain claims due to exclusions on the policy.
This voucher has seen many clients satisfied as we have in instances paid up to R30 000.00 back on submitted claims on one vehicle alone.
This is NOT a warranty and is in no way marketed as a warranty at all, this is a voucher that the client may choose to purchase In order to alleviate any unexpected expenses in the clients first year of ownership of the vehicle.

Yes except mine was sold as a warranty and not a top up on a warranty and I do have the invoice and release note for anyone who would like to See.
