Disgusted!!!

<p>I tried purchasing a car at Capital Auto World in Midrand, a dealer by the name of Navi assisted me there. Everything went well, my deal was approved and even took up insurance for the car since he said I can get the car 3days later. I waited, on the day that I was supposed to go collect the car, only to find out the dealer hasn't sent the necessary documents (Natis papers, inspection papers etc) to my finance. I tried calling him but he ignored my calls, I sent him a whatsapp and he responded that the car was in for service, and told me he will try send through the documents and that he was busy the whole day the previous day, and couldn't send through the documents. I call the manager Natalie, and she said she was not aware that the sales guy didn't send through the documents, and that she will speak with him! Tried calling him the next morning and he ignored my calls, I decided to drive to the dealer, when I got there the car that I have purchased wasn't there anymore. He came to me and told me a lot of stories, but I could tell that he was lying to me, and that he'd sold the car to some one else. I was very disappointed, that for the past 5days the sales person wasn't honest with me, and was left confused because the insurance already debited to cover the car! I seriously inconvenienced by Capital Auto World , the Middrand branch!
