CAW Randburg - very disappointing service

<p>We purchased a vehicle from CAW - Randburg, Marric was the sales person the whole processes started off wonderful, came show us the car, explained the costs</p> <p>No problems there Car was paid for 21st April - collected the 22nd – still no problems . THEN there was no customer service after that. After numerous calls and follow ups to find out about</p> <p>the registration papers and plates nothing was resolved – the 13th May the temporary plates expired – which left me without a useable vehicle for an entire weekend eventually on the 16th May after</p> <p>completely losing my cool with the Manager Hillary, I had to wait till 5pm to have the plates and registration docs delivered. (I guess thank you is in order – even though I paid an extra R 5000.00 for this service –</p> <p>to have the registration document and plates made and delivered. ) yet it does not end there. Since receiving the invoice the 21st of May I’ve asked Marric to have it corrected as the details are listed incorrect for our auditors , when</p> <p>I collected the car the 22nd the lady who could fix it was not there, then the correct invoice would be sent with the registration docs – that also didn’t happen – today is the 18th May , I think I must’ve spoken</p> <p>To everybody at that branch about the invoice – even Hillary – NOTHING - STILL WAITING!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER! - RECONSIDER USING THIS BRANCH -Endless headaches - time consuming......</p>
