Car Delearship violation of Customer satisfaction

I bought a car in March , just before lockdown 185 000 Cash, on my way from the dealership, the car was warbling... from which I learned it was shocks, it also had a sound when you go over a speed bump from the right front tyre ... which I learned it was a shocks mounting

All tyre treads were almost worn

I took it to a BMW Specialist who investigated the car service on the car information display last car service was in 2017

Brakes were after a while noisy

I took car back to dealership and they promised to ratify the defects... Two tyres were replaced and socks replaced

The service issue dealership has not come back to me I got a breakdown cam belt broke... hardly two months later

Rear back tyre broke

Aircon is not working

Car has funny sound especially when starting it in the morning

Mind you the garage made me pay R 14 000 for replacing the two tyres and shocks and they said they did the service

I feel very hardone what are my remedies to this kind of treatment? Please advise

After you had taken delivery and came back to us, we advised when you complained about the shocks that we can cancel the transaction.

You however advised that you wish to keep the vehicle. you wanted s to do the roadworthy and make sure it passed, we advised that the vehicle was initially discounted and there would be a difference to be paid in for us to do the roadworthy and licencing, you agreed to the difference in payment.

 After the difference was paid, we replaced the shocks and two tyres. It comes as a surprise to us that you did not contact us directly when you experienced the other faults as we really endeavor to satisfy our clients.

Good day Mr Landane. Thank you for your review, first the vehicle was in good condition when it was sold to you. you chose to take the vehicle that was discounted, and you agreed that you coulld do your own roadworthy on the vehicle.
