Blatant lack of after service

Quick to do the deal but does not even care to look after a customer after the sale.

Been struggling for more than 57 days, and still struggling with the dealership, to get basics done, such as: - Dealership blatantly lying about the presence of a spare key, and yet to resolve issue. - Reimbursing expenses they agreed to reimburse, which I had to expend due to the dealership's negligence, such as licensing (which I was invoiced R3,000 for), being without transport, not meeting their delivery times as agreed etc. - Upon taking delivery, the vehicle had an unbearable shudder from 95km/h upwards, but apparently had undergone checks etc before being delivered. - Lack of standard emergency equipment that should be in the vehicle. - Cheap aftermarket side-mirrors - Substandard spray work on side mirrors.

Not to mention the countless promises, without any fulfilment of these promises...

Auction stock... Most of their stock is also from auctions, so you never really know what you are buying, even though they don't admit to it when directly asking about it during the deal.
