Bad Service

My husband and I purchased a polo from the Durban branch. This was a cash sale. The car was missing a back board and we were assured upon signing off the vehicle that the back board was ordered and we would receive it on the 22nd of December 2015. To date we have received none. Upon speaking to the managers several times they continue pushing us from pillar to post and cannot give us an exact date of when we will receive the backboard. We were promised the original back board, but what a coincidence... we are now told that Kevin no longer works there and it's his word against ours. We have dealt with many Auto dealer's in the past, this is the worse. Regarding the licencing of the vehicle, the vehicle was received on the 18th, upon several telephone calls again. We finally received the documents on the 5th!!! CAW don't deliver on time and surely doesn't keep to their word!
