bad,bad,bad,bad service
<p>where do i start ?</p> <p>i bought a fortuner 3.0 d4d at Capital auto world urly in august 2016 the day when i went to pick up my lovely new</p> <p>vehicle i waited 3 hours for it becouse they sended it for repairs on the steering wheel and a couple of other small stuff</p> <p>i asked them to fix.after waited 3 hours it became dark so i could not have a nice look at the car but the lady Yolane from wesbank finance told me not to worry if anything is a problem on the vehicle i must yust let her know so i left to Middelburg.while driving back i realised someting is wrong there was a noice in the gearbox and the hole car was full of rattles i then phoned yolande and told her something is wrong she told me i must not worry she will tell Amaar the manager and he will fix it for me?</p> <p> </p> <p>the next day she told me to get a quotation on all the problems wich i did the next day the gearbox and cluth was bussy going i mailed it to yolande and she spoke to amar he sed hes not going to pay that kind of money to fix the car so i sed</p> <p>and told yolande that i bringing the car back (so i did)that thursday .when i arrived at capital auto they tryd at all means not to take the car back after a while amar sed its fine he will take the car back and they will cancell the deal at wesbank</p> <p>and pay back wesbanks money .yolande even told me she will not drop me i can trust her she will make sure the deal will be cancelled so i left again back to middelburg</p> <p>the next day i started to look for a ather vehicle and had to borrow my friend car for a day or 2 until i find a other car</p> <p>i founded a ford ranger at easvaal motors middelburg when i app**** for the loan the lady working for wesbank in that branch also mailed Yolande at capital auto to make sure the deal will be cancelled so Yolande promiced again we must not worry the deal will be cancelled from that side and we can proceed with the other deal.</p> <p> </p> <p>so it went on and on and on sending yolande mails now and then to remind her to cancell the deal and pay back wesbank and get the car off my name otherwise i will pay 2 x instalment by the end of the month (BUT YOLANDE NEVER REPLY TO MAILS NOT WATZ UPPS NOTHING)Monique also maild her a couple of times from her side becouse wesbank doesnt want to pay easvaal motors untill capital auto world settled wesbank(THATS NOT FAIR)</p> <p>me and Monique from easvaal also tied to phone Amar and yolande a couple of time but the lady at the swithboard will tell us the same story every day that they are in a sales meating or they not in or or or lots of stories</p> <p> </p> <p>i even phoned Yade at their boksburg branch he promiced he will come back to me (do you think he did?)noooo!!!!</p> <p>i lounch a comlain today with RMI and wesbank also i hope they can help me</p> <p> </p> <p>let me warn everybody that want to buy a car from capital auto world dont,dont,dont.</p> <p>YOU CAN NOT TRUST THEM THEY DONT DO HONEST BUSNESS STAY AWAY AND DONT BE COUGHT!!!!!</p> <p> </p>

Firstly CAW Group was under no obligation to take your vehicle back as the workshop which we sent it to had sent it back and told us there is NOTHING to be repaired on the vehicle. They are willing to give an affidavit confirming this.
Secondly CAW Group thrives on customer satisfaction and client service, which is the ONLY reason for us taking your vehicle back, which HAS BEEN SETTLED.
We at CAW Group will not tolerate your fowl language and threats towards our female staff. This matter will be addressed further through our attorneys. Ammaar has also never dealt with you as stated in your comment, it was Ayman, we also do not have a Yade at our Boksburg branch. All your allegations are UNTRUE, we deny every single one and will have our attorneys contact yourself to sort the matter as well as to proceed with a defamation of character case against you.
The fact that you verbally abused and threatened to physically attack Mrs Coetzee who is a 52 year old lady, is totally absurd, and just clarifys your character.
Lastly, we cannot be what you are accusing us of if you look at all our positive reviews posted to date.
