<p>Capital Auto World (CAW) Durban</p> <p align="justify">I just want to express my disappointment with this motor dealership from Durban. As soon as I drove away with the bakkie that I have purchased from them they gave me a deaf ear to my problems. Lots of promises were made to fix the problems but that is what they are, just promises. I have phone the branch and spoke to the salesman and the manager numerous times and only promises were made. We’ll get back to you! until I phone them again a couple of days later. I was charged for registration etc. but had to take out the license and number plates myself and pay again for them. I claimed the money back from them and three weeks later after numerous calls I am still waiting. A total of almost 30 calls were made up to date. The quotation they required for fixing the problems was send to them for authority and two weeks later still no answer. I request the last service invoice to update the vehicles service history with the manufacturing agent in Pretoria, but still waiting!!!!. It is almost two months ago that I bought the vehicle and I drove on my own expense from Pretoria to Durban to fetch the vehicle. I will definitely NOT refer any customers to this dealership. How can I say something good about them if they can’t keep their promises. I am definitely going to take this matter further if I don’t get any response soon.</p>
