Promises not kept

Promises with no value Capital alliance is the executor of my father in laws estate. His vehicle still have the old registration document and if you want to sell it you need a new registration document. I have requested that they obtain a new registration document two months ago. When I requested update, I am told that they cannot get hold of there service supplier but they will now refer it to another supplier. This is not acceptable. Please if you considering using Capital alliance think again.
