complain

I just lost my one year old daughter, it was a tragic experience for me and my family and we all weren't mentally prepared for it but financially I made sure that I'm prepared for it hence why I took this cover.I contacted them and I was told that I was gonna receive a payment within 24 hours that was a huge relief but that did not happen at all my daughters funeral is within a day and I haven't received anything yet, I contacted them and I was told that some documents were not received yet I sent everything back now I'm trying to get hold of them and I can't seem to, I'm furious and its emotional draining for me I'm the only breadwinner and everything is at a stand still I'm livid.
