Worst service

Capital Air supp**** us with a faulty aircon, that they also did not put any gas in when installing it. When we called for a repair, we were given a date and time to expect the technician. They didn't pitch up. No call, no apology. Nothing. This happened twice. Eventually we were told to email. 2 emails later we got someone out. Who gased our aircon (which should have been done on installation). This did not solve the problem. We called again. Twice. Emailed twice. No response. Eventually a guy comes round and says he'll be back in the next day or 2 to install a bracket outside to fix what is clearly an internal problem. 3 days later, he was still a no show. No call or anything from him. Another call and a few threats later he arrived. He did not bring a new unit as we requested, but insisted on putting in his bracket. This of course, did not solve the problem. Another call to Capital air had to be made. To say the same thing. Now the threat of social media must be acted on. I was then promised that a new unit would be installed and the guys would be done by 10:30 latest as I had an appointment. I missed that appointment. As now expected from the service at Capital Air.
