Useless bunch of clowns. how are they still in business.

These guys are awful. Staff are rude, installation crew are useless, after sales is **********, I could go on. Installation crew chipped the plaster in my house and it is very visible under the indoor unit. The day after installation I called to tell them that it the machine wasn't cooling sufficiently, I have to run the unit at its maximum setting to drop the room temp by 2 degrees if I'm lucky. Techs have now been out 6 times and the unit is still not working correctly 2 months later. one even told me that "AUX is *******, you rather have got a Samsung or something." Every attempt to get any issues resolved has gone no where and I am sitting with a R10k pile of useless junk on my wall. out of the loads of air con suppliers/installers Just don't go with these clowns.
