Poor customer service

An absolute nightmare trying to get an installation done. Tried to get advice and tell my contact person where i would like the aircon fitted. After telling him i work during the day and i would not be there he never had the decency to reply to me. My domestic worker left at 3 as i had advised the rep and i got the call at 5pm saying they were on their way to install. The details i had given as to which room and where i wanted the aircon to be installed were completely ignored! These guys are so busy chasing the buck they give a hoot about their customers. Shame on you Capital Air!
