Non existent after sales service

<p>These guys are quick to respond when you want to have an aircon installed. My aircon stopped working after just 15 mths. It was incorrectly installed and the capacitor burnt out. Despite emails and phone calls to now discontinued numbers in Johannesburg, Mahmood from the Durban branch responded to only ask if it was a Joburg installation - and then promptly ignored all correspondence. Do yourself a favor and do not use this company. Your warranty on this product means nothing if you can't reach them. I had to call out another company who had to rewire my aircon. Do yourself a favor and rather pay a little more with another company and save yourself this kind of hassle. Will never recommend them to anyone.</p>
