<p>I called capital air durban on the 11th February 2017 as I needed to install an air conditioner in my apartment. I spoke to a guy by the name of Mike, he booked my installation for a 12000 BTU on the 13th February 2017 at 9am. The installer, Feroz was there on the 13th February 2017 at 9am to install my air con. He installed the inside unit as well as the outside unit and then said to me that he can't cut the outlet pipe of the apartment to insert their outlet pipe as it belongs to body coporate. I have called Mike continuosly day after day, I also spoke to a guy Wassim who is apparently the store manager. They keep telling me that Feroz will be there today or tomorrow. Today is the 27th February 2017 and the job is still not yet complete. This is an inconvenience to me as the water from the air con is over-flowing into my water meter box which is made of concrete. The water is then over-flowing from the meter box into the apartment below mine. Capital air are daylight theives, when they want your money they are quick to come out and install but when they need to assist aftewards nothing is done. I will advise others not to go with capital air because they have low prices, they should find other well regconised air con companies to install their air cons for better more efficient service.</p>
