Decent but rushed resulting in mistakes

Reasonable service but sometimes problematic and rushed. Came to install upstairs and downstairs air conditioning. Upstairs was a replacement so it went smoothly. Downstairs, while I was covering furniture, unbeknownst to me,one of their technicians drilled holes in my patio wall to hand the air conditioner. Not the best place for it (did not consult me) but more importantly, it was hanging off an unstable wall. It also caused a considerable mess in the adjoining unit as parts of bricks flew off and onto their patio. When I phoned Capital Air to complain, I was told that they could relocate it to my upper wall with re-installation and extra piping costs. I bargained down the re-installation costs to R750 but this could have been spared had they not been so rushed and asked where I wanted the unit beforehand. Then, their electricians came. They wired the unit to a power plug unit but due to a loose wire, it shorted out and caused the breakers to turn off power in my house. A day+ without power before they came to rectify it. Decent business and relatively cheap (compared to some others) but far too rushed and make too many mistakes.
