daylight theives

<p>in january i bought a aircon from capital air not even 4months the heater and aircon stopped working i phoned salfaraz from capital air durban he tells me i must have the aircon removed and take it to they jhb branch were i was treated badly and then wen salfaraz phoned them they tell me i should have it re installed they technician would come out that what the lady azeema said she just a lier and every time i phoned she says she cnt get hold of the technician his phone off blah blah blah then i spoke to the rap riaz from capital air he tell me the person who installed it must fix it or they send a pvt person at my cost that really ridiculous they messed me around and nw they not interested wen the air con still under warranty that pathetic and it was a aux aircon they staff and service stings and how many ppl they must be doing this to somebody need to lay a complaint to the consumers rights and i will if they keep treating me like this i jst want them to fix my aircon or refund me never again would i ever support them and ill warn other ppl aswell</p>
